Slip Invoice

Slip Invoice is provided by Nhat Minh Nguyen, a sole trader in New South Wales, Australia. By installing the app on your Shopify store you agree to what follows. If you do not, uninstall the app.
Slip Invoice turns your store’s orders, draft orders and refunds into PDF documents — invoices, packing slips, quotes and credit notes — using a template you control.
This is the important one. Slip Invoice prints the figures your store recorded. It does not calculate tax, does not check whether a document meets the requirements of your country, and does not know whether you are registered for GST, VAT or anything else. The wording it suggests by default is a starting point, not a legal opinion.
You are responsible for what your documents say and whether they satisfy your tax authority. If you are not sure, ask your accountant before you send them.
A document is built from the order as it stands when you print it. If you edit an order after printing, printing it again produces a document with the new figures under the same number. Keep your own copy of anything you have already sent.
The Free plan allows 30 documents in a calendar month. The Standard plan is US$7 a month for unlimited documents. Charges are made through Shopify’s billing system and appear on your Shopify invoice; we never see your card.
You are counted on the documents you generate, never on how many orders your store takes. Printing a document you already made in the same month does not count again. You can move between plans at any time inside the app. Changing plans takes effect immediately and we do not refund part-months.
Use the app for your own store’s documents. Do not try to break it, overload it, or use it to produce documents for orders that are not yours.
This is a small, independent app run by one person. We aim to keep it available and to answer support promptly, but we do not promise a particular uptime or response time. The app depends on Shopify’s systems, and when they are unavailable so are we.
We may change or discontinue the app. If it is ever discontinued, merchants will be given at least 30 days’ notice by email so documents can be exported first.
The app is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of data, or any indirect loss arising from using it, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot be excluded.
Uninstall the app at any time from your Shopify admin. Billing stops when you uninstall, and your data is deleted as described in the privacy policy. We may suspend an account that is being used to attack or abuse the service.
